They do not deliver as promised and the won't give you a refund, only store credit. In my opinion, the home depot is criminal. I will not be shopping the again due to this incident. I hope they get sued and run out of business for their incompetence and just plain lying to get peoples money which they won't refund.

This company is beyond ridiculous when it comes to their delivery service..the average person can’t afford to take off work 3 DAYS in a row for their screw ups! Never again will I be ordering anything from this company. I have learned my lesson.I brought a washer and dryer at the store they was wonderful. However the delivery service is the worst ever.The night before NO call! I did not request them to use my email cell only.I called to find out its 230p 630p.
On the day of delivery my wife took the day off to be sure someone would be here.Once again NO call. I cancelled my order got a full refund left home depot drove to Lowes and brought a washer and dryer to be delivered 8 days earlier than Home Depot. Do yourself a favor for appliances head on over to Lowes .
Worst customer experience ever!!
Will never go to Home Depot for any delivered item!!! Just wanted to share a horrific experience with Home Depot. I made a large purchase of appliances for my home. Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove and Refrigerator.
First crew wanted to rip up my hardwood floor to install the dishwasher (??), sent another one who said they couldn’t install hardwire and tried to extort money. Finally I had my own installer look at it and is doesn’t work. Home Depot doesn’t want to refund my money and pick up their junk. The first delivery didn't show up, I called and the truck told me they don't have the item on their truck. The 2nd delivery they didn't show up either. I called and the call taker doesn't know why, just rescheduled next week again.

They used to give 10% discount to all military. They have now taken that away and you can only get up to $400 PER YEAR discount. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from Home Depot.
